Perth Leisure Pool has been closed due to faecal contamination.

In a post on its Facebook page Live Active said: “We regret to inform you that we have had to close Perth Leisure Pool today at short notice. The venue will re-open at 9am for the leisure pool and 10am for training pool on Tuesday June 9. The Health Suite and Fitness Suite will re-open today at 4pm.

“We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Our closest pools which are open are in Crieff, Blairgowrie and Kinross and there are available gyms at Rodney, Bell’s, Letham and North Inch. www.liveactive.co.uk has information on all of our venues and services.”
