Police Scotland said the man had exited a car park off Brook Street before striking glancing blows to more than one vehicle and mounting a pavement. His silver Renault Scenic came to rest against a wall, blocking the entrance to a block of flats, at around 1.24am on Sunday. Witnesses alerted the police who attended and traced the owner of the vehicle. A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said the man had been charged with a number of driving offences. He is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court this week.
