Dundee crash girl’s injuries are not life threatening

A five-year-old girl who was knocked down by a car in Dundee on Friday is not in a life threatening condition, according to police.
The little girl was in a collision with a black Ford Fiesta in Balgowan Avenue at 6pm on Friday and taken to hospital.
Police enquires into the circumstances behind the crash are ongoing but a spokesman said on Sunday: “Her condition is not life threatening or life changing.”
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses and are urging anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have seen the accident to contact Police Scotland on 101.
