The 72-year-old was found dead in a property in St Mary’s at the weekend. Residents in the street watched as police turned up to St Mungo Terrace. The elderly man’s body was found on Sunday afternoon. Police launched an investigation into the incident and officers were seen removing items from the house. A large police presence, including CID officers, was at the scene. A Police Scotland spokesman said: “A 72-year-old man passed away and the death is not being treated as suspicious.”
