Man, 26, charged in connection with alleged fraud at Dundee bank

A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with alleged fraud after an incident at a Dundee city centre bank.
Police were called to Barclays bank on the High Street at around 4pm last Thursday.
It is understood that the branch closed early following the incident and officers were seen speaking with members of staff.
A police spokeswoman said: “Police Scotland can confirm a 26-year-old man was charged in connection with an incident at High Street, Dundee, on Thursday July 2.
“A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.”
