Police Scotland confirmed a 45-year-old man was arrested following an incident in the Upper Largo area on July 3. Officers attended at a farm cottage following reports of a theft and private CCTV images from the scene were examined. The man is expected to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court at a later date.
