Thieves smash their way into Dundee office complex to steal a single camera

A bizarre break in saw thieves smash their way through to the second floor of an office complex with a fire extinguisher.

A unit in the Dundee Technology Park was targeted overnight on Monday and the damage the raiders caused far exceeded the cost of the camera that was stolen.

Owner of the business affected, in the Discovery House Complex on Gemini Crescent said the repairs cost thousands of pounds, while the single Canon camera stolen was worth almost £1,000.
