Meeting will look at community involvement at historic Benholm Mill

A meeting to discuss community involvement at Mill of Benholm will take place on Thursday at 7.30pm in Johnshaven Village Hall.

Charity Cornerstone has expressed an interest in taking over the site which will be discussed at next month’s meeting of Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee.

The meeting will talk about how people could be involved at the site and will be chaired by Ed Garrett from Aberdeenshire Voluntary Action. He can be contacted on 01569 668055.

In the meantime members of the community as well as members from the previous Mill of Benholm Trust are invited to talk about how the community can be involved in the site, including the mill, the caf and the gardens.
