The midfielder arrived at Dens last summer from Portsmouth but his time at the club was blighted by injury and illness. He only made one substitute appearance for Paul Hartley’s side this season and the 27-year-old has now left the club. Ferry becomes the third player to depart Dundee in the last week following Luka Tankulic and Phil Roberts through the Dens exit.
