A coach driver has denied causing the death of a Perth cyclist in a collision on the A9.
At Perth Sheriff Court, Andrew Blyth, 52, denied causing the death of Robert Don by driving his coach carelessly on the A9 on December 30 2013.
Mr Don, who was 53, died at Ninewells Hospital nine days after the crash.
Sheriff William Wood heard that Blyth was carrying 19 passengers at the time of the crash and that the Crown was investigating the practicality of tracking them down to call them as witnesses.
Blyth, of Abbotsford Road, Hamilton, pled not guilty to causing the death of Mr Don on the A9 Inverness to Perth road, about 300 metres north of its junction with the A912 Dunkeld Road, at the Inveralmond Roundabout, Perth.
He denied driving without due care and attention and failing to keep a proper look out for other road users, whereby he collided with the cyclist.
