Elizabeth Toledo, 15, was reported as missing from her home on Saturday night and police are concerned for her safety. A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Elizabeth was last seen at 8.20pm in the Victoria Park area of Arbroath on Saturday 5th September. “She is described as tall, slim build with short bleached blond hair and was wearing a black top, jumper, leggings and had a grey/black backpack. “As part of the search we have been assisted by partner agencies including Search and Rescue Helicopter and the Coastguard.” Anyone with any information as to Elizabeth’s whereabouts is asked to contact Tayside Division on 101.
