An Angus lad is aiming to come out on top at the world’s largest dog show.
Gregor Hands, from Finavon, has qualified to take part in the grand final of the junior flyball event at Crufts, which sees two relay teams of four dogs race against each other.
The Dundee High School pupil and the rest of the Gleniffer Bagpipes squad will take their dogs to the NEC in Birmingham. They came third in the competition last year.
Gregor’s family dog Jessica is competing in another category at Crufts this year and his ambition is to also get into the final with his other dog Rosie.
He said: “I’m training in agility at the moment and my long-term goal is to get into the agility category with Jessica and Rosie.”
