California rockers The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, chart-topper Calvin Harris and dance icons LCD Soundsystem have been confirmed for this year’s expanded T in the Park.
Festival boss Geoff Ellis has unveiled an impressive line-up for the show’s second year at Strathallan Castle and confirmed the site will grow by around a quarter.
The eclectic bill, which already features a headline set from Manchester legends the Stone Roses, will also include festival favourites Disclosure, the Courteeners, Bastille and Faithless.
Mr Ellis has also pledged major changes will be made to avoid a repeat of last year’s traffic problems.
He said that a new on-site bus station will be created and extra land has been secured to increase the size of the both the arena and camp site by around a quarter.
