The plant was taken from outside the home in Bell Place sometime between 10pm on Sunday, September 8, and 8am on Monday, September 9. Anyone with any information that may be useful is being urged contact Police Scotland, Tayside Division on 101, or any police officer. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
