Police officers make ‘huge recovery of cannabis’ in Dunfermline

Cannabis plants worth an estimated £197,000 have been seized in Dunfermline.
Police said they discovered more than 270 plants after searching a property in Halbeath Road on Friday.
Detective Sergeant Kelly McEwan said: “This is a huge recovery of cannabis, which has been seized before it could make its way into our communities, and we are now actively targeting the individuals who were growing these plants.
“We will continue to act on information relating to drug crime.”
