Bannockburn High School is bidding to win £20,000 for a community information technology- focused project.
I-Tea@BHS will offer the local community IT training and advice on packages including Microsoft Word and Excel, combined with tea, biscuits and a friendly ear.
Bannockburn High School pupils and staff will run the drop-in service, where questions can be asked and advice given.
A Bannockburn High School spokesperson said: “We’re hoping everyone in the Stirling area will support Bannockburn High School’s bid for £20,000.”
The money will come from the People’s Millions and a two-minute film about the bid will be broadcast on STV West’s news programme on Monday between 6 and 6.30pm.
Bannockburn High School is competing against another project for the money and members of the public must vote for their preferred project.
Voting takes place by telephone only until midnight on 0871 6268 134.
