More than 350 motoring offences were detected by police during a crackdown on drivers and passengers not wearing seatbelts.
Police across Scotland recorded 378 offences during their 24-hour crackdown from 7am on Wednesday.
Among drivers caught not wearing a seatbelt was a woman in Arbroath. Officers discovered her children were also unrestrained, she was a provisional licence holder and had no L-plates or a qualified driver to accompany her.
In Fife, a lorry driver was stopped for not wearing his seatbelt. It was then found the vehicle was being driven without insurance.
As in those two cases, the 378 offences are not solely seatbelt offences since some drivers were found to be flouting multiple rules.
Seatbelt offences attract a £100 fine via a fixed penalty ticket.
