A free cookery course which aims to help participants reduce the amount of food they waste is being run by Zero Waste Highland Perthshire.
In conjunction with chefs from The Townhouse Hotel and Restaurant, the four-week course will be held at Breadalbane Community Campus in Aberfeldy, between 6-7pm, beginning tomorrow night.
Participants will join chef Lee Patrick in cooking dishes including pizza, pies, curry and risotto, and will consider how to plan meals, correctly store food and use-up leftovers to avoid waste.
