Politicans from across the spectrum have been paying tribute to Charles Kennedy.
The former Liberal Democrat leader was found dead at his home in Fort William on Monday.
He was 55.
Mr Kennedy became leader of the Liberal Democrats in 1999 but stood down in 2006 after admitting to an alcohol problem.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon was among those who paid tribute to Mr Kennedy on Twitter on Tuesday morning.
