Mark Kelly admitted trying to take £350 worth of cocaine into the Balado site last July. Depute fiscal Stuart Richardson told Perth Sheriff Court: “The wrap was in a tube of body lotion found on the accused at T in the Park.” An agent acting for the accused said he was not a man who could be considered to have a drug problem, but from “time to time” used cocaine. He admitted Kelly was “in the last chance saloon” as he has an analogous previous conviction but said he did not have a significant criminal record. Sheriff Fiona Tait ordered Kelly, of Afton Road, Cumbernauld, to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work.
