Arbroath Relay for Life runs back in time for 2014

Arbroath Relay For Life organising committee has announced the theme for next year’s event will roll back the years.
Relay chairman Ian Angus, who has taken over from Alan Louden, said the theme of “dress up the decades” would give teams plenty of scope to choose their favourite era and dress accordingly.
Ian said: “There are several new faces on the committee for 2014, already working alongside existing members to ensure we deliver another successful relay.
“I am honoured to be taking over the chair from Alana and will work hard to build on her legacy.
“I would also like to pay tribute to the various committee members over the years who have all played their part in ensuring Arbroath and district plays its part in raising vital funds for Cancer Research.”

The event takes place on September 20.
