Kelty youth copped a feel by grabbing policeman by his particulars

A Kelty youth felt the force of the law after grabbing a policeman’s privates in a local bar.

Dayle McEwan landed himself in court after seizing the officer’s testicles at the Crown Inn on March 28.

The 19-year-old admitted taking the officer’s particulars during the pub disturbance which also saw him racially abuse another man.

McEwan, of Centre Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court where he admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, uttering threats and acting in an aggressive manner.

He further admitted a second charge of assaulting police officer by seizing hold of him by the testicles and a third charge of uttering racially abusive comments towards a man.

Sheriff Shelagh McCall called for reports and McEwan will be sentenced on July 15.
