Around a dozen caravans and several other vehicles reappeared on the site just off the A90 over the weekend. The news comes just weeks after the group initially left the site leaving a trail of rubbish in their wake. One local, who asked not to be named, said: “The travellers have rights but so do I. “The last time I looked littering was still a crime.”
