Girls ran off as man urinated in Dunfermline play park

Two young girls ran from a Fife play park when they saw a man remove his trousers to urinate, a court has heard.
David Anderson, 59, of Thistle Street, Dunfermline, admitted that on May 21 last year at the play park at West Baldridge Road, Dunfermline, he conducted himself in a disorderly manner by removing his trousers, urinating and committing a breach of the peace.
Defence solicitor Ian Donaldson said there was no sexual aspect to the incident, adding: “He was facing away from the girls and although they were alarmed they were not exposed to anything.”
Sheriff Craig McSherry fined Anderson £245.
