A couple have been charged with “simulating sexual intercourse” on the dancefloor of a busy nightclub.
Trevor Adams and Sarah McWilliams face a charge of public indecency over an alleged incident on March 4 at the Beat Generator club in Dundee’s North Lindsay Street.
It is alleged that Adams lay on his back on the dancefloor before McWilliams “sat astride” him.
Prosecutors say they “both did rub yourselves against the other and simulate sexual intercourse”.
Adams faces a further charge of sexually assaulting a woman in the club by rubbing himself against her and placing his hand on her inner thigh under her clothing.
Adams, 43, of Dunsinane Drive, Perth, pleaded not guilty to the charge and had a trial date set in July.
McWilliams, 33, of West Huntingtower, Perth, did not appear at the hearing at Dundee Sheriff Court.
The case against her was continued without plea until next month.
