Rangers have reopened talks with St Johnstone as they look to finally push their move for Michael O’Halloran over the line, according to reports in Glasgow.
The Ibrox club failed with two previous bids for the Saints wide man earlier this month.
But now they hope to revive the move after submitting an offer in the region of £500,000, which is subject to a number of clauses.
Rangers are still waiting for a response from McDiarmid Park but are hopeful of concluding the move for the 25-year-old former Bolton forward, who was part of the St Johnstone side beaten by Hibernian in Saturday’s League Cup semi-final at Tynecastle.
