The man killed in a two-vehicle accident on the A90 in Perthshire has been identified by police.
Scott McCallum, who is from the Maryhill area of Glasgow, died when the Mercedes Sprinter van he was driving collided with a lorry on the westbound carriageway near Kinfauns at 3.10pm on Tuesday.
A statement by Police Scotland said the 36-year-old’s family are upset by their sudden loss and he will be greatly missed.
The collision caused massive tailbacks on the dual carriageway while emergency services dealt with it, with traffic stretching back four miles beyond St Madoes.
Police are still investigating the circumstances around the incident and are appealing for anyone who can help to contact them on 101.
