Dundee couple remanded for ‘blatant’ sex act on Dundee bus

A Dundee couple who enjoyed a sexual romp on a Lochee bus have been remanded in custody.

Gary McNair and Alexis Watson refused to stop engaging in a sexual act on the no 28 service between Dundee city centre and Lochee High Street even when asked by members of the public.

McNair, 38, of Invercraig Place, and Watson, 32, of Yarrow Terrace, admitted committing an act of public indecency on September 9 last year.

Dundee Sheriff Court heard that the incident was recorded on CCTV.

Sheriff George Way told the court: “I have seen the DVD and it is blatant. It wasn’t some sort of accident.”

Both McNair and Watson were remanded in custody until April 27.
