Achray House Hotel in St Fillans, which overlooks scenic Loch Earn, has been sold for more than £600,000.
Former owners Alan and Jane Gibson have retired and handed the baton to South African couple Bradley and Zelda Sol.
The purchase price for the eight-bedroom hotel, which also features three adjacent lodge chalets, was not disclosed but selling agent Colliers International confirmed that it was close to the asking price of offers around £675,000.
Achray House Hotel has won acclaim for its standards. The holder of a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, its facilities include a conservatory restaurant, lounge bar, residents’ lounge and a decked terrace, with views of Loch Earn.
