The chief executive of Horsecross Arts has suddenly left her post after just over a year in the job.
Jacqueline McKay cited “personal reasons” for leaving the organisation, which operates Perth Theatre and Perth Concert Hall.
It comes a week after artistic director Rachel O’Riordan announced she would be stepping down to take on a new challenge in Wales.
No further explanation has been offered for Ms McKay’s surprise departure and an interim chief executive has been brought in to oversee the appointment of her replacement.
