Journeycall in final stage of European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards

Journeycall, one of Arbroath’s biggest employers, has reached the final stage of the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards.
The contact centre, which deals with the Oyster Card for Transport London, has moved operations to a new £2 million centre on the Kirkton Industrial Estate.
The move, delivering a £30m boost to the area’s economy, will see the company’s payroll rise by a third to around 300 by the middle of this year.
Journeycall’s clients include Transport for London, the Association of Train Operating Companies, transport group Stagecoach and Megabus.
