Gary Carcary also faces a charge of abduction in connection with an incident at an address in Lochleven Road in Lochore, Fife, on September 26. Carcary, from East Kilbride, made no plea when he appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Tuesday and was remanded in custody.
