Dundee midfielder Kevin Thomson could be in line for a first team comeback on Saturday. Last weekend’s game in Inverness was deemed to be too soon for the former Hibs and Rangers man as he had only completed a few days’ training. If he completes a full week of preparations for the visit of Partick Thistle, though, he could be back in the squad. Defenders Julen Extabeguren and James McPake have also not been ruled out. Meanwhile, Nicky Low will be available after being withdrawn in the second half against Caley Thistle purely as a precaution.
