£1 million Christmas lottery win still to be claimed

The winner of a £1 million Christmas lottery jackpot is being sought before the chance to claim the prize expires.

The potential millionaire bought the ticket in South Lanarkshire for the EuroMillions draw on Christmas day last year.

Despite not winning the main prize, each ticket had a unique code for the EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle where there was £1 million to be won.

The winning ticket had the code FYG204038 below the traditional lottery numbers.

Time is running out for the ticket holder as the 180-day collection period ends on Sunday June 23.

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to The National Lottery Good Causes fund.
