Spectators lined the banks of the River Tay at Grandtully at the weekend to watch some of the countrys top canoeists brave the icy rapids. Paddlers from across Britain descended on Highland Perthshire for Premier Division ranking races. Local paddlers also competed for places in the Great Britain Junior Canoe Slalom Team, in the event organised by the Breadalbane Canoe Club committee.
