Ewan McGregor’s snowflake message for CHAS Christmas appeal

Scottish actor Ewan McGregor OBE has written a message on a paper to show his support for the Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).

McGregor, a long-term supporter of the hospice, wrote: “Merry Christmas to you all X. All my love Ewan McGregor x”.

He created the message as part of the share a thought, share a snowflake appeal which asks the public to donate to CHAS and write a personalised message on a snowflake.

The snowflakes will be displayed for the families who visit the CHAS hospices: Rachel House in Kinross or Robin House in Balloch, over the festive period.

Roslyn Neely, CHAS director of fundraising and communications, said: “We hope everyone will be inspired to join Ewan and share a personal message this Christmas.

“We receive fantastic support from the Scottish public and at this time of year we hope people will remember us on their Christmas list as we look to make this a memorable one for families across Scotland.”
