Samantha Lee is accused of assaulting the woman at Dundee’s Central Library, in the Wellgate Shopping Centre, on November 16. Prosecutors say she repeatedly kicked the senior citizen on the body. Lee, 40, of Pitalpin Court, Dundee, pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault on summary complaint. Sheriff Alistair Carmichael set a trial date in May and ordered Lee to return to Dundee Sheriff Court to attend a pre-trial hearing in April.
