ByThe Courier Reporter
Police are hunting a vandal who scored the paintwork of 11 cars in Newburgh.
Most of the vehicles were parked in Whitecraig Road when they were damaged sometime between last Wednesday and Monday.
Another parked on the High Street was extensively dented on Sunday evening or Monday.
Police have appealed for information to help catch the culprit.
Community Sergeant Ewan Pearce said: “I would be extremely keen to hear from anyone who witnessed unusual activity in the area around the time of these offences.
“This has been a mindless display of vandalism that has brought unnecessary distress to the owners and considerable repair costs.”
