Guide Dogs Scotland fun day to mark 50 years in Forfar

Guide Dogs Scotland is opening its doors to the public for a Forfar Training School Fun Day on Saturday September 19.
The event is being held to celebrate 50 years of Guide Dogs in Forfar.
Organisers are promising an action-packed family day out from 11am to 4pm, featuring guide dog training demonstrations, tours of the centre, blindfold walks and sensory experiences.
Further entertainment on the day includes the Mains of Fintry Pipe Band, demonstrations from the Forfar dance studio, Tayside Roadrunners’ demonstration, doggy competitions, face painting, and raffles. Entry will be free, although there is no parking at the Guide Dogs centre.
