A Dundee woman is to stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court in March after being accused of dangerous driving and assault.
Angela Dawson, of Balmoral Terrace, denies that on October 24, at Balunie Avenue and Scott Fyffe roundabout, she drove a car dangerously by failing to maintain a safe breaking distance behind another car, overtook the other car on the inside lane, and repeatedly braked sharply when it was not necessary to do so.
The charge alleges that the driver of the other car, Shaun Douglas, had to repeatedly take evasive action to avoid a collision.
The 37-year-old also denies assaulting Mr Douglas by punching him on the head, and trying to punch him, at Craigie Drive.
