Thieves ransack Oakbank homes in weekend crime spree

Thieves robbed a number of homes in the Oakbank area of Perth at the weekend.

In Muirend Road a house was broken into some time between 11am on Friday and noon on Sunday.

Two houses in Beechgrove Drive were also robbed. A black Sony laptop was stolen from one home and a laptop, bracelet, PlayStation and Apple Mac computer were stolen from the other.

The thefts happened between 6pm and 11.15pm on Saturday.

The robbers also broke into a house in Ash Grove between 1pm on Friday and midday on Sunday.
