Men killed in A92 crash between Ladybank and Freuchie named

Two men who died in a crash on the A92 near Freuchie on Wednesday have been named by police.
They were Richard Dickie, 69, from Kirkcaldy and Alexander Kennedy, 33, from Methil, who were the passenger and driver respectively in a Ford Focus which collided with a Hyundai i30 on Wednesday.
The Hyundai was being driven by a 43-year-old man, also from Fife, who is in a serious condition in hospital, and whose family do not wish to name him or give any further details at this stage.
The family of Mr Dickie said: “The whole family is deeply saddened by this tragedy. The loss of Richard will leave a huge hole in all of our lives.”
Mr Kennedy’s family added: “Alex was a much loved husband, father and son who will be greatly missed by all who knew him and we are requesting to be given privacy to grieve at this difficult time.”
