Ann Taylor, 52, went missing days after stealing cash from pensioner Otto Ulstrum at his home in Crieff, Perthshire. Taylor, who was the Guides Central Division Commissioner, admitted stealing £163.28 from Mr Ulstrum on October 21 last year. Full details of the offence will be given at the next hearing of the case at Perth Sheriff Court after sentence on Taylor was deferred on Thursday. Taylor, of Lintibert Terrace, Muthill, by Crieff, was not present in court. She went missing in the middle of November after she became aware that police were carrying out an investigation into her conduct. Taylor was later spotted walking across the Tay Bridge in Dundee before eventually being found in Fife several days later.
