Boy taken to hospital after road accident in Cellardyke

A boy is being treated in hospital after a traffic accident in the East Neuk of Fife.

The nine-year-old boy was involved in collision with a van in Windmill Road, Cellardyke, on Monday morning.

His father has confirmed his son was being treated at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee but he declined to make any further comment. No details of the boy’s condition were available.

It’s understood the family live in Taeping Close, a short distance from where the accident happened.
