Alloa booked a trip to BT Murrayfield on April 18 after sweeping aside the challenge of Kinloss Eagles 57-7 at Earlsfield in the semi-final of the BT Bowl.
They will meet Cumnock in the showdown for the silverware.
Alloa dominated from the outset and had the game won well before the half-time break which they reached with a 50-0 lead.
Matt Pope and Dale Foster had two tries apiece, while Matt Duncan, Fraser Smith, Gary Taylor and Rab Truesdale had one apiece and Lee Cairney added five conversions. Deteriorating conditions dictated the pace of the second period and the only addition to the Alloa tally was a second try by Truesdale, converted by Cairney.
Elsewhere, Morgan Academy remain in the relegation zone of BT Caledonia Division One after losing out in a tense derby against Strathmore.
A last minute penalty snatched an 11-9 win for the visitors that edges them closer to survival.
Hillfoots do not yet have their safety guaranteed after they were pipped 17-13 at home to Caithness and, despite having no game, Glenrothes slipped to third spot in the table after Gordonians won at Mackie Academy to claim second spot.
The race for the Division Two (Midlands) title intensified after the leading duo both posted wins.
Carnoustie extended their lead at the top after taking all five points from a 26-10 win away to Kinross.
Anthony Franco, Jordan Donnachie, Ian Reid and Michael Downie had a try apiece for the visitors and Danny Van Wyk landed three conversions.
Second-placed Harris Academy could only manage three tries in a 17-5 win at home to Grangemouth Stags.
Harris trailed 5-0 at the break but had a second half double by Adam Wood and one try from Joe Abbott, plus a Stewart Walker conversion.
Despite applying pressure in the final minutes against opponents who were short handed following a red card, Harris failed to secure a bonus point and now sit five points behind Carnoustie with a game in hand.
Panmure recorded a third win of the campaign when they edged out Blairgowrie 15-14 in the basement battle, and Howe of Fife seconds took the honours in the day’s other game, easing to a 66-14 win at home to Stirling University.
Division Three (Midlands) pacesetters Kirkcaldy seconds suffered a surprise 39-17 defeat at home to Crieff and Strathearn.
That created an opportunity for second-placed Grangemouth seconds to cut the gap on the leaders.
They did so, although a 10-10 draw at Waid Academy limited the gains.
Dundee University Medics chalked up a 26-19 win over Perthshire, while Stirling Bridgehaugh returned from the trip to face Falkirk seconds with a 34-28 win to their credit.
