A 67-year-old man was found dead in his home on September 20. The Police Investigations and Review Commissioner announced it is looking into the police management and actions leading up to his death. The matter was referred to the PIRC by Police Scotland as the man had had contact with police in the days before his death. A report has also been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
