Spring bounce for Camperdown Wildlife Park’s wallaby numbers

Dundee’s Camperdown Wildlife Centre has had three new residents bounce into life unexpectedly.

Three of their female red-necked wallabies have produced offspring.

However, the keepers only became aware of the newborns when the joeys stuck their heads out of their mothers’ pouches for the first time.

Joeys weigh less than one gram when first born, making them hard to spot.
