A 15-year-old boy has been reported to the procurator fiscal as part of a clampdown on illegal drivers in Levenmouth.
A 21-year-old man and 40-year-old woman have also been reported for driving without a licence and insurance as part of Operation Reflector.
Officers have also removed three vehicles from the road as part of the initiative to target illegal drivers.
Community Sergeant Craig Fyall said: “This is an example of positive action taken to remove illegal vehicles from our streets that are a danger to the public and to other drivers.”
The campaign follows a police warning that illegal bikers in the area were instead switching to “old banger” cars.
