Police have named a teenager who has been swept into the River Tay at Perth as Mateusz Wilamowski.
Emergency services have continued to search the river for the missing 16-year-oldwho had been staying with relatives in the city since arriving from Poland in May.
Mateusz had been with two friends and was wading through the Tay, near to Woody Islands, by North Muirton at about 7.20pm on Sunday when he got into difficulty and was lost to view.
The initial search on Sunday night involved Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, supported by the ARCC helicopter from Lossiemouth.
The search resumed on Monday morning involving the police and fire services as well as the Police Scotland helicopter and a specialist police dive team from Glasgow.
Around 30 people were involved in the physical search of the river, beginning from where Mateusz was last seen in the North Muirton area and heading downstream.
Searches are being undertaken along the river bank and around the islands, with boats also assisting the river search.
Efforts to trace him so far have been unsuccessful.
