The SFA has confirmed this season’s Scottish Cup final will take place on a Saturday.
The governing body released the dates for the tournament that kicks off on September 14.
The 10 Third Division sides enter at the second round on October 5, while the Second Division and six teams from the First Division start their campaign in the third round on November 2.
The SPL teams and Dundee, Falkirk, Morton and Livingston join the road to Hampden in the fourth round on November 30, with the semi-finals scheduled for April 12 and 13, and the final on May 17.
Last season’s final was pushed back to Sunday May 26 because it was not allowed to take place on the same day as the Champions League final at Wembley.
However, the European final takes place in Lisbon on May 24 next year, a week after the Scottish Cup final, ensuring no such clash this time around.
